Cookie policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
This policy explains how Itashu AB (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on itashu.co (the “Website”).
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They help remember your settings and understand how you use the website. The browser’s local storage works in a similar way, and we describe it here together with cookies.
Which categories we use
- Strictly necessary: required for the Website to work. They remember your cookie choice and the language you picked. The protection of our forms against bots (Cloudflare Turnstile) does not use tracking cookies. Without them the Website does not work properly, so consent is not required for them.
- Analytics: help us understand which pages people read and where they come from. They are collected in aggregate, not to identify a specific person.
- Behavioral: record, in pseudonymized form (without your name or email), how you move around the page, so that we know where attention is lost.
Analytics and behavioral cookies are set only after you give your consent. Until you give consent, measurement runs in cookieless mode.

When you open the booking calendar on the page, it loads in a frame from Cal.com, which may set its own cookies needed for its function. The calendar loads only when you request it yourself.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services:
- Google Analytics: anonymous statistics on traffic and usage. The data is processed by Google.
- Hotjar: pseudonymized analysis of on-page behavior (without your name or email). The data is processed by Hotjar Ltd.
- Cal.com: appointment booking, only when you open the calendar.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: anonymously measure traffic and page load speed. They do not set cookies or any identifier that lasts longer than a day, so they run without consent.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: verifies that a form is submitted by a human. It loads only when you start filling in a form and does not set tracking cookies.
We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting.
How to manage cookies
- Cookie banner: on your first visit you choose what you allow. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
