The starting point

We collected invoices, bank statements and documents for our accountant by hand. We only saw the company’s numbers at the end of the month, and they were scattered across the bank, Fortnox and ClickUp.

Goal: an AI CFO that handles invoicing, watches cash flow and shows every day where the risks and opportunities are.

Why our own AI CFO

Three ways to keep track of a company’s finances.

What we built

  1. Collection and matching

Invoices from Gmail without duplicates, SEK and EUR statements matched to payments.

  2. Invoicing and reminders

Invoices from timesheets in ClickUp, issued in Fortnox, with reminders once they are overdue.

  3. Monthly package

Documents for the accountant on Drive and an email with a translation.

  4. Dashboard

A web interface: cash flow, the real balance in the bank and in the books, open invoices.

  5. AI CFO

Flags risks, such as depending too much on one client, and suggests what the company should do.

  6. Company knowledge base

Connected to Claude and company knowledge, so the recommendations know the company’s context.
