The starting point
Igor needed to scale broker recruiting for a real estate team without growing the team that runs first interviews. In his own words, he wanted an avatar from the future that would help recruit people to the team on the website.
Goal: candidates get an answer right away, and only those who are truly interested reach Igor.
Why an avatar
Three ways to run the first round of recruiting.
| Recruiter | Form and email | Video AI avatar | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Availability | business hours | anytime, but no answer | 24/7 |
| First impression | personal | impersonal | personal, the face of the team |
| Igor’s time | managing the recruiter | sorting emails | only suitable candidates |
| Scaling | another hire | no filtering | no extra staff |
What we built
Research and choice of technology
We compared Synthesia and D-ID and built a demo.
Knowledge base
Knowledge from the Real and onereal.com websites, so the avatar answers accurately.
Live avatars Amélia and Leo
Video generated live, a text chatbot as backup, a widget and modal on the website, Zoom integration.
Conversation goals and limits
The agent guides the candidate toward leaving a contact. Legal and financial questions go to a person.
Analytics and leads
Dashboard: who came, when, for how long, how many messages and how they rated the conversation. Contacts go to the client by email.
